IMPORTANT NOTICE: False Claims of Affiliation
An Important Notice Regarding American Immigration Law and Fraudulent Affiliations
American Immigration Law has no affiliation to any of these companies
American Immigration Law currently has no affiliation with any law firm and does not work, source, or farm our cases to any other firm.
American Immigration Law would like to clarify that we have no affiliation with any law firm, and we do not outsource our cases to any other firms.
Recently, we discovered that some companies are falsely claiming to be affiliated with our law firm. Given our rising exposure and successful client cases, these fraudulent attempts to align with our firm may increase in the future.
These scammers have gone as far as to use our firm's logo and the US Department of Homeland Security branding to deceive people into believing that they are working with us. They claim to have started the process of securing green cards, temporary work visas, and other immigration-related services.
We take this matter seriously and do not want potential clients to fall victim to these unethical practices. Scammers like these take advantage of consumers daily, costing them countless dollars. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANY COMPANY CLAIMING TO BE AFFILIATED WITH US.
We have always worked independently on every case, ensuring our clients receive the best results possible. We would never need to outsource our work to any alternate firms.
If you have been a victim of these fraudulent attempts please contact U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and fill out the form found at https://www.uscis.gov/scams-fraud-and-misconduct/report-fraud directly at one of our verified methods of communication
