Carolina Kripinski

Carolina is licensed to practice in Colombia and the USA. Carolina, as an immigrant and founding partner of AI-Law, identifies herself with her clients and really enjoys being able to provide them with legal advice.

From the moment Carolina began her law studies (year 1997) at Externado University of Colombia, Carolina also started working at Zeabogados law-firm, a leader firm in Copyrights and Intellectual Property, located in  Bogota D.C., Colombia.

In 2006, Carolina moved to Paris, France. While in Paris, she completed a Masters in Political Science with an emphasis on international law at the University of Panthèon-Assas, Paris II. Her experience in Paris was very rich, it helped her overcome the barriers of language, culture and method of education. After Paris, she decided to complete a Master in Book Publishing at the University of Salamanca and Santillana Formacion. One of the great passions of her life is reading, and she believed that her knowledge of intellectual property could be an excellent means to transition into the world of books, in a legal sense. While living in Madrid, she started working at the International Legal Department of AISGE, a Collective Management Society of Audiovisual Performers similar to the Screen Actors Guild -SAG in the United States. Her experience in AISGE for nearly five years expanded her knowledge with regard to international property rights, especially from the subtleties of international affairs. While there, Carolina’s work extended her scholarships and she attended courses of Intellectual Property at various Spanish Universities, v.g. University Complutense, Castilla La Mancha and Instituto de Empresa. Additionally, Carolina also attended several on-line courses offered by the prestigious World Intellectual Property Organization –WIPO, regarding intellectual property rights. In 2011, Carolina worked for the Pan American Health Organization with the Initiative "Faces, Voices and Places," focusing on a variety of programs developed to achieve the Millennium Development Goals in Latin America.

In Fall of 2015, she graduated with honors (cum laude) from Barry University, School of Law and worked on an Immigration Law Firm located in downtown Orlando as Senior Attorney.
