INVESTMENT VISAS

The Investment Visas

Investment visas are for those foreign individuals seeking permanent residence on the basis of creating or arranging new commercial enterprise(s) within the United States. Thousands of these visas are granted on a yearly basis. Investment visas are intended to spark continued growth in employment through the addition of these businesses to the U.S. economy. American Immigration Law understands how intricate the process of applying for this visa can be and can help to make sure that the application gets in to the right hands with less chances of being denied.
